Get ready for a Big 5 safari adventure like no other! You’ll have the privilege of visiting the Sabi Sands, widely considered a top safari destination. The area shares an unfenced border with the famous Kruger National Park, so Big 5 game viewing is superb.
The Sabi Sands is especially well known for its abundance of leopards, which are quite difficult to spot in other areas. Your safari vehicles will carry a maximum of 6 passengers, and your expert guides will share their wealth of knowledge to unravel the intricate nuances of the African bush.
Day 1 – 2
A flight to Kruger and a short road transfer bring you to Savanna Private Game Reserve, your home for the next 2 nights. Your Luxury Suite has a bit of classic safari flair with its romantic canvas roof. The friendly staff will make you feel right at home during your stay.
Game drives take place in the early morning and in the evening, when the wildlife is at its most active. In between game drives, you’ll have plenty of time to relax at the gorgeous lodge, cool off in your private plunge pool, and indulge in delicious cuisine. Walking safaris are also available for a more intimate bush experience. In the evenings, enjoy one-of-a-kind dinners in truly special settings, including an iconic boma dinner. Day 3 – 4 Continue your Sabi Sands adventure today. Depart on your morning game drive from Savanna; keep an eye out for cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wild dogs, and other wildlife! Instead of returning to Savanna for lunch, you will be dropped off at your next accommodation: the beautiful Dulini Collection, also located in the Sabi Sands. Porters will transport your luggage for a seamless experience.
Here, you have a choice of 3 boutique safari lodges: the classic Dulini Lodge, the romantic Dulini River Lodge, or the ultra-luxurious Dulini Leadwood Lodge. Each offers its own distinct charm, while sharing the privacy and luxury that discerning travelers have come to expect from the Dulini name. The Dulini Collection
Day 5 Today marks the end of your spectacular adventure in the Sabi Sands. After your morning game drive and breakfast, a road transfer brings you to the Kruger airstrip.
Where to from here? The choice is yours. Wine tasting in Cape Town, elephant feeding at Victoria Falls, or perhaps an iconic water safari in the Okavango Delta. Call us at (888) 367-0933 to customize your journey!
